William Beard and his wife were both in the car that Kaseman hit. The Beards are currently recovering from their injuries that were sustained in the accident.
We send out sympathies to the Kaseman family during this difficult time. We also send well wishes and hope for a speedy recovery for Mr. and Mrs. William Beard.

We would advise the Beard family to contact an attorney regarding the injuries that were sustained in this accident. An important thing for injured accident victims to know is that the insurance company will be contacting them after their accident. The purpose of them doing this is to try to get away with a quick settlement – paying injured victims the least amount of money as possible. This is why it is imperative for accident victims to have an attorney.
After hiring an attorney to handle your case, they take over all communication with the insurance company. This means that they cannot take advantage of you since your lawyer will know the game that they are trying to play.
