Findlay Car Accident-Who Is At Fault?

Tuesday night in Findlay a car accident took place on the 1000 block of Tiffin Ave. Findlay Police reported that 75-year-old Paul Sensabaugh was traveling west when he stopped to make a left hand turn into a business.

When he stopped, Janelle Cantu hit his vehicle from behind. Ms. Cantu had failed to see that Mr. Sensabaugh had stopped his vehicle. All three of those involved in the crash were injured.

Cantu was cited for assured clear distance and a seat belt violation.
