28 Injured In I-17 Bus Crash

On Tuesday evening around 10:30 p.m. a bus carrying workers from Hearthside Food Solutions was traveling northbound on I-75 near Cygnet, Ohio when it rear-ended a Toyota Camry that was carrying 7 people, including a 7-month-old, a 2-year-old and a 5-year-old.

According to the report, there was a vehicle traveling erratically along the road that cut off the Camry, causing it to veer in front of the bus. The erratic driver may be cited.

After the crash one victim, 18-year-old Marquan Williams, had to be transported by Life Flight to St. Vincent Medical Center with serious injuries. 24 people were taken to Wood County Hospital.

Several other were taken to Blanchard Valley.
