18-Month Old Dies From Malnutrition In Vermillion

Our child accident lawyers are saddened to hear of an 18-month old child who was found dead after his mother called 911 for help with the child. When ambulances arrived, they found the toddler dead, along with six other children, all malnourished, some mentally or physically disabled.

Four of the children were taken to the hospital, where they still remain. Reports say that the mother called emergency services after she found the child “stiff as a board” on the morning of November 6, and EMS crews arrived to find the child died as a result of being dehydrated and malnourished.

If you or someone you know has a child who has been injured or is a victim of abuse, you are urged to take action! Contact our Ohio child accident lawyers to order your free copy of Little Kids, Big Accidents.
