Ottawa County Auto Crash Leaves One Injured, One Dead

On Monday afternoon, 48-year-old Wesley Washington was driving on State Route 2 in Ottawa County when he lost control of his vehicle. According to reports from law enforcement officials, Washington went off the road after attempting to overcorrect a turn and consequently struck the second vehicle. When emergency medical crews arrived at the crash site, the minivan driver was airlifted to a nearby hospital.

Unfortunately, Washington was pronounced dead at the scene.
