With a Business Management certification and over eight years of customer service experience—including several years in leadership roles—she brings both professionalism and genuine empathy to every conversation.
Crystal’s favorite part of her job is connecting with people. She has a true passion for hearing clients’ stories, understanding their unique situations, and helping guide them through the first steps of the legal process. Her calm, friendly demeanor ensures that every client feels heard, supported, and valued from the very beginning.
Outside the office, Crystal enjoys spending time with her beloved dog, Leah. Whether they’re out exploring the neighborhood or relaxing at home, they make the most of every moment together.
