Farewell to A Friend, Co-Worker, Pawyer

It is with a heavy heart that Charles Boyk Law Offices says goodbye to one of our Pawyers. Earlier this fall, Bella, a beloved co-worker and family dog, succumbed to kidney failure. She was a
wonderful companion and friendly co-worker. Bella was a gentle soul, who was a calming influence on everyone, both client and staff alike.

Bella’s was a rags-to-riches story. As a young dog, she was abandoned, but she was rescued by paralegal Tammy Bronowski’s family who initially agreed to foster her in their home. They fell
in love almost instantly and adopted her. Bella was showered with love and care she hadn’t known before. Tammy initially believed Bella to be a mixed-breed mutt, but a canine DNA test revealed that she was a purebred American Bulldog.

Because she was a rescue dog, they don’t know her true age but speculate she was seven or eight years old. Whatever her actual age, it was far too short a time to spend with such a sweet-spirited pup. She leaves behind a family and an office full of two and four-legged friends who loved her.
