Lucas County Driver Sues For Injuries Sustained in Rear-End Collision
On June 26, 2020, our client was driving on Starr Avenue in Oregon, Lucas County, Ohio, when the cars ahead of him began to slow. Our client slowed down with the flow of traffic, but the driver behind him did not. This negligent motorist rear-ended our client, causing him to suffer severe injuries.
At the scene of the crash, the Oregon Police Department cited the other driver for speeding, and our client was transported to the hospital for emergency treatment.
