Passenger Injured by Friend’s Reckless Driving
Our client, a passenger in his friend’s vehicle, was traveling on a county road in Napoleon Township. While travelling at speeds of 90mph and higher, the driver ran a stop sign and lost control of the vehicle, sending the vehicle airborne and off the road. The vehicle rolled several times before coming to rest upside down in a ravine. Our client used the driver’s side window to get out of the vehicle, then crawled across a field until he reached the nearest home for help. He was taken to the hospital and found to have several injuries including a fractured knee.
 
Gun Violence at a bar in Columbus Leads To One Dead and Three Injured
A fight broke out in the early morning hours at a bar in Columbus, Ohio. As the altercation intensified, an individual started shooting. As our client attempted to help others, she was shot multiple times and later died at the hospital. Our office is investigating fault on behalf on the bar for failing to take steps to protect its patrons.
 
Family of Five Succumbs to Fatal Injuries
A young couple and their three children were fatally injured when another driver failed to yield on a county road in Wauseon, Ohio, smashing into the passenger side of their vehicle. The violent impact sent both vehicles off the road. Our office is pursuing a wrongful death action on behalf of the surviving family for two of the decedents.
