On The Job Injury Results In Finger Amputation
Our client was working at a job site doing landscaping work when she sustained injury to her pinky finger. The blister on her pinky finger became swollen and painful prompting her to seek medical attention. It was discovered that the finger was infected, and she was prescribed antibiotics to treat the infection. Unfortunately, the infection worsened, and our client had to have her pinky finger amputated. Our office is pursuing a workers’ compensation claim for her.
Man In A Coma After Being Tased by Police Multiple Times
Our client was pulled over by the police when an altercation took place. He was then tased multiple times and needed emergent medical attention. While at the hospital, he was tased again. Our client went into cardiac arrest and has been unconscious since the incident. Our client’s doctors have stated that there is little brain activity and only a twenty percent chance of recovery. Our office is currently investigating this incident.
Toddler Attacked by Dog Sustains Serious Injury
Our client was just 18 months old when she was viciously attacked by a dog at her grandparents’ house. She sustained multiple deep lacerations to her head, face, and back that required her to be transported to the hospital via ambulance. Once at the hospital, she needed surgery to repair the lacerations. Our office is pursuing a personal injury claim against the dog owner’s home insurance policy
