CONFIDENTIAL SETTLEMENT – Driver Injured When Other Driver on Highway Loses Control of Vehicle
Car Accident InjuriesThis accident occurred in 2021 when our client was traveling northbound in the right lane of Interstate 280 in Oregon, Ohio. Another driver attempted to pass our client in the left lane, but a plow truck prevented him from doing so. To avoid colliding with the plow truck in front of him, the other driver slowed down too fast, causing him to lose control of his vehicle. As a result, he collided with the driver’s side of our client’s vehicle. The Oregon Police Department responded to the scene of the accident and cited the other driver for failure to control his vehicle. Our client was transported via ambulance to a nearby hospital for treatment of his injuries where he was diagnosed with a concussion, chest wall pain, and injury to his left arm.
