Our client was stopped in traffic due to a different auto accident that had occurred in front of him when the defendant driver failed to stop and rear-ended our client. After an investigation, the defendant was cited by the Ohio State Highway Patrol for failing to keep assured clear distance.
As a result of the accident, our client sustained significant injury to his neck, back, and left arm, and also suffered from debilitating headaches.
