Man Fatally Shot by Celina Police
A complaint was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio on behalf of the family of the St. Mary’s man who was fatally shot by Celina Police. The unnecessary and fatal shooting occurred on April 10, 2013. The complaint filed alleges that Celina Police patrolman, Lee Andrew Regedanz, used excessive force when opening gunshot fire on Robert Hensley. The shooting was unprovoked as Mr. Hensley was patronizing a Celine car dealership.
