A man died recently after he crashed his motorcycle while traveling approximately 100 mph. The state police say that they spotted the motorcycle traveling 77 in a 55 mph zone. The trooper chased the individual but backed off when the bike increased its speed.
The driver of the motorcycle lost control as he tried to navigate a turn. Allen Reed, 23, was thrown from the motorcycle bike and suffered severe injuries. Although he was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident, he tragically died a short time after being taken to the hospital.
