Attorney Charles Boyk Gives Back To His Alma Mater
The Charles E. Boyk Law Offices has been holding a Student of the Month and Teacher Appreciation contest in which one student and one teach is chosen each month to receive a Visa gift card as a thanks to the hard work that they put in.
Attorney Boyk’s alma mater is Start High School, so he enjoys giving back to the students and teachers who roam the halls that he once did. Chuck even reminisced about his time spent in high school in one of our law office’s YouTube videos. Watch the video below to learn about Chuck’s favorite teacher from high school.
March Student of the Month
We recently announced the March student of the month on our YouTube channel. The winner, Gabby Garza was nominated by her Algebra teacher, Lisa Tucker. The submission that Ms. Tucker wrote is below:
Gabby has really shown how much she has grown over the summer. She came in from day one this year ready to learn. She is focused and concerned about understanding the material. This year she is on top of things and quickly asks for help when she needs it. Gabby is giving up time with her friends to be successful in math. She has committed to tutoring after school to help her grades. Gabby also is a role model for others in the class. She tells the freshman not to act up now or they will regret it later. I am very proud of Gabby and feel she would make a great student of the month.
