David Rienhart, 26, of Risingsun, Ohio, was driving his car down State Rt. 18 in Seneca County’s Loudon Township around 7:40 p.m. Friday when he drove off the side of the road. He then hit a ditch and the car rolled over striking a culvert. Rienhart was not wearing his seat belt and thrown from the vehicle. He was taken to University of Toledo Medical Center by medical helicopter. Alcohol is believed to be the factor in the accident.
