14-month-old Ryan Brown was killed instantly after he was hit by 38-year-old Michelle A. Jones’s car.
Reports say Brown had run out of his home that sat off of the eastbound of the road when Jones who was traveling in the eastbound lane hit him.
Police are unclear at this time whether charges will be filed. Investigators are trying to find out exactly what happened that night and how he got out into the road.
Once the report is completed it will be sent to the county prosecutor who will file charges, if necessary.
