The important thing to remember is that most people don’t want to pay on an hourly basis because they don’t want to absorb the risk. So you’ve got an attorney without any out-of-pocket risk and the attorney is only taking a percentage of what they’re able to collect. It’s in the attorneys self-interest and in the client’s self-interest in order to collect the most money possible. Seventy percent of our business is referred by existing clients so our job is to achieve the best possible recovery so we do our job legally and so that we make our clients happy.
