Motorist Injured During U-Turn Sues
In a recent case, our client was injured in a violent U-turn car accident on Broadway Avenue in Toledo, Ohio.
Our client’s car was struck by another vehicle that was attempting to make a U-turn into traffic. After the crash, the at-fault motorist was cited by local law enforcement for failure to observe lanes of travel.
Unfortunately, the U-turn collision caused our client to suffer injuries to her head, neck, back, and leg. These injuries lead our client to have to pay for extensive medical treatment. Furthermore, because these injuries are permanent, our client must continue to receive medical treatment in the future.
After discussing the available options with our client, we are suing the at-fault driver, on claims of negligence, for an amount. In addition to this, we are suing our client’s insurance company, Grange Mutual Casualty Company, to ensure that her uninsured and underinsured motorist policy adequately covers her.
