On or about July 7, 2020, our client was driving southbound on North Clinton Street in Defiance, Defiance County, Ohio. As our client approached an intersection at Sessions Street, another motorist driving a vehicle owned by J & J Lawn Services, LLC attempted to turn left at that same intersection.
The negligent driver failed to yield to the right of way and turned in front of our client, causing the two vehicles to collide. At the scene of the accident, the police cited the defendant for failing to yield to the right of way when turning left.
