Family Struck on Their Way to a Funeral Sues
Our clients were on their way to their grandfather’s funeral when they were involved in an automobile accident that left them with life long injuries.
While driving in Van Wert County, Ohio, our clients were struck by another driver who failed to yield while attempting a left-hand turn. The failed turn resulted in a collision that left our clients with permanent injuries to their heads, necks, backs and faces.
These injuries resulted in our clients incurring substantial medical expenses, a loss of wages due to being unable to work, and prolonged pain and suffering.
In response to these negligent acts, we’re are pursuing a lawsuit against the alleged driver for negligence and our client’s insurance company, Geico Insurance Company, on an underinsured claim.
We’re requesting an amount in excess from the court. It is our hope that fair compensation will allow this grieving family to get some closure after this upsetting event.
