In 2018, our client was driving in Sandusky County, Ohio, when she was involved in a motor vehicle accident. After the accident, our client was unable to put any weight on her injured ankle for three months and was unable to work for over six months. Additionally, she continued to suffer from continued pain and stiffness in her ankle. She also now walks with a limp. In 2014, while on his way to work, our client sustained severe injuries in a motor vehicle accident. As our client was traveling northbound on Douglas Road in Toledo, Ohio, the defendant driver failed stop at a red light coming off Interstate 475 and struck our client’s car at 60 miles per hour.
