Jennifer Dineen

Jennifer’s journey began after she graduated from Owens Community College in 2008 with an Associate Degree in Applied Business, majoring in Medical Office Support Option. In hopes of finding a job using her degree, she looked for new opportunities in the Detroit area. Unfortunately, Jennifer was surprised when she began having difficulty breaking into the medical field using her degree.

Eager to get to work, she was open to taking other positions in the healthcare industry. In 2009, she began working at Beaumont Hospital in various support service positions for ten years. In 2019, Jennifer took a job with ProMedica, where she worked as a patient service coordinator and medical assistant in a family practice office.

Working various positions in the healthcare industry gave her the experience needed to move into a position at Charles Boyk Law Offices as an intake specialist. Working as an intake specialist, Jennifer is one of the first points of contact our clients will have at the law office. Her compassion and experience are an asset and comfort to clients who are often experiencing a challenging time in their life.

Having worked in various positions in the healthcare industry, Jennifer has extensive knowledge in how devastating personal injuries can be, and how significantly they can disrupt your life. Those experiences also helped Jennifer develop a strong sense of compassion and empathy, which she applies daily as one of our Intake Specialists. She’s always here to help our clients whose lives have often been turned upside-down with a kind word and a helpful attitude.

Away from the office, Jennifer enjoys time with her family and friends. With six kids between Jennifer and her fiancé’ David, ranging from the ages of 12 to 1 they have their hands full, managing school schedules, kids’ extracurricular activities, and family activities. She enjoys music and concerts, decorating, shopping, upcycling furniture, and entertaining friends and family in the moments she has to herself.
