T-bone Accident Leads to Emergency Surgery
Our client was traveling at approximately 40mph on Navarre Avenue in Oregon, Ohio.
As he proceeded through an intersection, another driver failed to yield and made a left turn into his path of travel, causing a T-bone collision.
Our client was taken by ambulance to Bay Park Hospital and then transferred to Toledo Hospital.
His right leg was found to be shattered in four places requiring emergency surgery. Following surgery, he was placed in a rehab facility for two weeks while he recovered.
