I Finally Found My Elevator Speech by Chuck Boyk
I have been an attorney for 41 years. I never could figure out a clever “Elevator
Speech” when people asked me what I did for a living at a party or the grocery store.
I handle plaintiff personal injury cases. That is not exactly the most popular well
respected job on the planet.
I finally came up with this idea: Clients come to us with a tragic story in their lives. Our
job is give them a positive ending to that story. I wanted to say a “Happy Ending” to the
story, but that only happens at massage parlors.
