This month’s AI review is one that truly sets the bar high. Eve is a complete, start-to-finish tool that is like having a personal assistant for every employee. We began looking into Eve AI as a
tool to assist in medical summaries and review. Little did we know, Eve offers much more than just medical summaries. We have had the pleasure of piloting this software for the past few weeks and the benefits Eve offers has far exceeded our expectations.
Like I said before, Eve is quite literally having an assistant. During our test period, we have been able to truly dive into cases in a completely different light. From the speed and accuracy of their summaries to assisting in preparation of demands, we have been able to identify issues in mere minutes that would have taken hours or days without it. Imagine needing to draft discovery or other documents for a case and having an AI assistant propose questions that you might not have thought about. Eve’s AI learns from each user and adapts to their writing style.
But, what truly sets Eve apart from other AI services I have reviewed in the past is not only its potential, but the customer service of their representatives. Helpful, honest, and personable are the first few words I can use. But, that only scratches the surface. Like anything else, they are selling their product. But, unlike other experiences I have had with other companies, I don’t feel like they are only trying to push to sell their product. They listen to concerns and try to improve in a timely manner. If there is an issue, they are instantly working to resolve the problem. Not only resolve the issue, but ensure that similar issues get resolved.
While our firm is still investigating what software is the best fit for our needs and our clients, I would recommend Eve to any person, firm, or company that is looking for the best AI software. Its
potential feels limitless and the future only continues to inspire hope. In the short period of time we have been working with them, new developments continue to roll out. If you are looking to expand your practice or even if you are just looking for a way to better maintain your current practice size, you would be doing yourself and your clients a disservice by not looking into what Eve can offer.
