Motorcyclist Sues For More Than $25,000 After Collision with Car

In July of 2018, our client was driving a motorcycle in Toledo, Ohio when his bike was struck by an automobile.

This incident ejected our client from his bike where he violently landed on the street. His injuries include damage to his left wrist, right shoulder, pelvis and bilateral knees. These medical complications have been extremely costly for our client and his injuries are highly expected to require more medical care moving forward.

The accident happened when the car driver failed to yield the right of way while turning left. The driver was cited by the Toledo Police Department for this failure. However, this citation did not prevent our client’s pain and suffering.

To pursue justice for our injured client, we are suing the car driver for an amount in excess of $25,000 on claims of negligence.
