Injured Toledo Driver Seeks Compensation for Failure to Yield Accident
On May 17, 2019, our client was driving northbound on Secor Road in Toledo, Ohio, when another motorist traveling southbound attempted to turn left directly in front of him. The other driver’s failure to yield to the right-of-way resulted in a T-bone collision between the two vehicles.
