Injured Motorist Sues
Our clients were driving in Fulton County, Ohio when they were involved in an automobile accident that resulted in life-long and life-changing injuries.
While our clients were driving through an intersection, another driver failed to yield at a stop sign and collided with our clients’ vehicle on the driver side.
This collision left our clients with serious and permanent injuries. These injuries resulted in substantial medical costs and lost wages for our clients. Worst of all, the injuries from this accident resulted in the loss of the ability of our clients to engage in their normal everyday lives.
Working with our clients, we pursued two separate claims for our clients. We are suing the other driver for negligence and pursuing an underinsured claim against the insurance company, Geico, to ensure our clients receive just compensation.
We are pursuing an amount and it is our hope that this compensation can help our clients return some normalcy to their lives after this traumatic event.
