Injured Motorist Sues for More Than $25,000

While our client was driving in Toledo, Ohio, she was involved in a car accident that resulted in life long injuries. While traveling, our client was struck in the front by a vehicle attempting to make a left turn into a private driveway. The impact from the collision left our client with injuries to her wrist, knee, leg, and arm.

The medical care needed to address these injuries caused the incursion of substantial medical costs. Furthermore, the injuries prevented our client from participating in her job and resulted in lost wages. Due to the severe nature of our client’s injuries she will also require future medical care.

The dedicated attorneys at Charles Boyk Law partnered with our client to file a negligence lawsuit requesting an amount in excess of $25,000. In addition to this, we filed a claim against our client’s insurance company, Progressive Direct Insurance to help ensure she was covered by her own underinsured policy. We hope that this fair compensation will allow our client to move forward after suffering injuries due to another person’s negligence.
