On March 5th, 2018, our client came to a proper stop due to traffic while traveling on Interstate 475 in Toledo, Ohio, when they were rear-ended by a driver who failed to stop in time.
As a result, our client suffered numerous injuries, including serious trauma to his head, neck, and back. Due to these injuries, our client has sustained the costs of medical treatment and lost wages due to the other driver’s negligence and will incur more medical expenses in the future.

Under Ohio law, drivers are required to maintain an assured clear distance from the car in front of them—so that they are able to stop accordingly.
