Automobile Collision in Lucas County, Ohio Causes Injuries and Other Damages

On the morning of September 11, 2019, our client was driving eastbound when they were hit by a driver exiting a Shell Gas Station and turning onto Angola Road.

The defendant did not yield to oncoming traffic, thus crashing into the right side of our client’s car. As a result of the crash, our client sustained serious injuries to their neck, back, and head.

The defendant did not abide by their duty of care expected from every motorist when operating a vehicle when they failed to yield to oncoming traffic. The plaintiff’s spouse is also filing a claim against the defendant because of the loss of affection, services, consortium, and society of their loved one. Additionally, the spouse states that the quality of their life has decreased and their ability to undergo everyday activities has been impaired.

The plaintiff is suing the defendant in excess of $25,000 with interest, costs, attorney fees, and any other monetary compensation the court deems just.
