11-Car Collision Causes Client to Sustain Injuries
On August 2, 2022, our client, an Ohio resident, sustained injuries as a result of the negligence of the defendant and the defendant’s employer, Brook Transports. The defendants failed to maintain a safe vehicle, leading to an 11-vehicle collision. Due to both parties’ negligence and failure to maintain their vehicle properly, our client sustained severe personal injuries, including but not limited to injuries to the neck and back.
