ASBESTOS EXPOSURE LEADS TO MESOTHELIOMA FOR EX-NAVAL MAN
While serving his country in the Navy, our client was exposed to a significant amount of asbestos, as his job directly dealt with asbestos removal from decommissioned ships. Due to his exposure to this dangerous and cancer-causing carcinogen, he developed Mesothelioma and is now in the care of Hospice. Asbestos exposure is the only known cause of mesothelioma and Military veterans, particularly those who served in the U.S. Navy prior to the 1980s, make up the largest group of mesothelioma patients in the United States.

MAN KILLED WHEN CAMPER FALLS ON TOP OF HIM

Unfortunately, his injuries were too severe, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Our client’s parents contacted our firm shortly after this tragic accident to assist them in navigating this difficult time. We are investigating a potential wrongful death claim on their behalf.
