$300,000 Policy Limits Settlement for Severely Injured Passenger

They were out test driving the vehicle, and while travelling westbound on Navarre Avenue when they came to the light in front of the Walmart parking lot. Our client’s friend claimed to have a green light and proceed into the intersection. There was another car in the eastbound left turn lane of Navarre Avenue who also claimed to have a green light, and proceeded to turn left in front of the car our client was in. The two cars collided into one another. Our client sustained four different fractures to his right tibia that required surgery. While being in the hospital for a refusion surgery our client contracted COVID and developed blood clots in the lungs.
