$250,000 Settlement – Pedestrian Injured When Struck by Car
Pedestrian AccidentIn June 2020, our client was a pedestrian who, despite having carefully entered a crosswalk, was hit by a car that turned left into the crosswalk as our client attempted to cross the road. As a result of being hit, our client lost consciousness at the scene. Emergency medical services arrived at the scene and transported him to a nearby hospital to assess and treat his injuries.
At the hospital, our client was diagnosed with a concussion and an injury to his right knee. To address this injury, our client underwent a surgery to have pins placed in his knee. He remained hospitalized for four days and required physical therapy after being discharged from the hospital. Even after his initial recovery, our client has suffered from continued pain in his back, neck, and knees.
