$150,000.00 SETTLEMENT – Driver Seriously Injured After Other Driver Fails to Yield
Our client stopped at a stop sign then lawfully proceeded into the intersection. At the same time, another driver failed to yield the right of way before entering the intersection and traveled directly into our client’s path of travel. As a result, our client was unable to stop his vehicle and struck the other vehicle. Our client initially was diagnosed with contusions, muscle strains, and his right wrist was placed in a brace due to a possible sprain.
