$145,000 SETTLEMENT – Man Suffers Extensive Injuries After Being Hit By Semi-Truck
Our client was driving southbound on Eidi Boulevard in Rossford, Ohio. A semi-truck was driving westbound on US 20 at the same time. The intersection at Eidi Boulevard and US 20 has a stoplight, which was green for our client. When our client proceeded to turn left onto US 20, the semi-truck ran the red light and slammed into the driver’s side of the car. Our client’s car was pushed into another car which was driving on US 20 eastbound. After being hit by these two vehicles, our client was taken by EMS to Toledo Hospital. He required a CT scan of his entire body. Our client was found to have injuries to his left hip and ribs, both shoulders, and neck. He underwent strenuous physical therapy to help his injuries.
