$100,000 SETTLEMENT – Pregnant Woman Injured After Driver Fails to Stop at Stop Sign

While traveling north on US Route 68, our pregnant client was hit by another vehicle. The other vehicle had been traveling eastbound on County Road 90. They failed to stop at the stop sign and entered the intersection. The cars collided and both received heavy front end damage. Both cars were later decided to be totaled.

Our client was taken by EMS to Hardin Memorial Hospital. She complained of pain in her left leg and both hands. The pain in our client’s hand continued for many months. She experienced pain, numbness, and mobility issues. She was forced to do occupational therapy rehabilitation but continues to experience pain to this day.

Our client came to our firm for help with her case and treatment. Charles Boyk and his team helped our client during her treatment, negotiations, and ultimate settlement with two insurance companies. Both insurance companies offered her policy limits, adding up to $100,000.
