$100,000 Settlement – Motorcyclist Rear-Ended by Car Sustains Serious Injuries
Car Accident InjuriesIn 2018, our client was traveling on her motorcycle when she was seriously injured in a motor vehicle accident. Failing to notice that our client was slowing down, the defendant driver rear-ended her at 70 miles per hour. The impact from the accident caused our client to be ejected from her motorcycle.
