$100,000 Settlement – Man Dies In Head On Collision
Car Accident InjuriesIn 2017, our client was traveling eastbound on State Route 12 in Seneca County, Ohio when the defendant driver was traveling in the opposite direction and went left of center into our client’s lane. Seeing the defendant enter his lane of traffic, our client attempted to swerve to avoid the collision, but was still struck head on by the defendant’s SUV. The impact of the accident caused both cars to catch on fire. Our client was extricated from his vehicle in critical condition and was transported via Life Flight to an area hospital for treatment.
At the hospital, it was determined that our client was suffering from 15 broken ribs, a fractured sternum, cardiac contusions, a fractured vertebra, several pelvic fractures, a fractured ankle and a broken arm, and he was also diagnosed with extensive hemorrhaging. While doctors and surgeons worked to save our client’s life, unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries and passed away shortly after this tragic accident.
