$100,000 Settlement – 75-Year-Old Man Sustains Numerous Fractures When Rear Ended at Stop Light
Car Accident InjuriesIn 2018, our client sustained several injuries when he was involved in a motor vehicle collision. Our client had been stopped at a red light when the defendant driver, who was texting while driving, failed to see the red light and rear-ended our client at about 60 miles per hour. The impact of the collision caused our client to be knocked unconscious. He was transported from the scene via ambulance to a nearby hospital to assess his injuries. At the hospital, our client was found to have suffered several facial fractures, a broken nose, and spinal fractures. He was admitted to the hospital for the next three days for observation.
