Call Us About Your Injury Case Anywhere in America

Our main state for handling personal injury cases is Ohio. Over the last 40 years, we have grown quite a bit. We now have over 23,000 families that are sent this newsletter every month. We have resolved thousands of injury cases. At any given time, we have pending cases across America. In the last 30 days alone we have resolved individual cases in Florida, North Carolina, and Michigan, and mass tort cases filed across the United States. We can resolve many of the cases without a lawsuit. In other cases, we retain local co-counsel to best represent our client. In numerous cases we are retained as local co-counsel in their injury cases. We build these relationships through referrals and attending legal industry conferences across America.

If you are involved in an out-of-state injury accident here are our recommendations:

  • Obtain photos of the injury, the scene of the accident, and get witness contact information if possible.
  • Get immediate treatment and follow your doctor’s treatment plan.
  • Make no statement to the insurance company without your attorney’s advice.
  • Post nothing about the accident or your injuries on social media.
  • Beware of statutes of limitations to pursue an injury claim. For example, in Tennessee or Louisiana, it is 1 year.
  • Hire an attorney sooner than later to protect your legal rights.

We will be happy to discuss your out-of-state claim and brainstorm with you your legal options.
