Boyk Law Is Helping Young Women in Legal Profession
Members of the Ohio Association for Justice, Women’s Caucus want to empower young women to enter the legal profession through their “EMPOWER HER NOW: SUIT UP FOR JUSTICE” campaign. Their Fall 2023 philanthropic initiative aims to help young women acquire the professional attire necessary to excel during job interviews and advance their careers.
The generous office staff at Charles Boyk Law collected and donated suits, blazers, dress shirts, blouses, dress pants, and skirts to help young professionals build an initial wardrobe of professional attire.
The Women’s Caucus of the Ohio Association of Justice provides a network of contacts in the state’s legal profession to help women in the legal field thrive.
“Our mission is to empower aspiring women in the legal profession by providing them with the professional attire they need to excel during interviews and as they embark on new career opportunities… we understand the unique challenges that women, especially those starting their legal careers, often face,” says Susan E. Petersen, Ohio Association for Justice, Women’s Caucus Chair.
