Here are steps three and four in finding the best lawyer for your accident case:
Step 3: Call the attorney’s office and ask for written information. If an attorney declines or cannot provide you with written information, it would be wise to remove them from your list. Working with an attorney is an important contract and it makes him or her responsible for your legal and financial welfare.
WARNING: Beware of lawyers who contact you unless you have a pre-existing relationship.
Such practices are unethical.
Step 4: Narrow your choice. Choose three to five lawyers from the written material that appear experienced and make you feel comfortable with your legal problem.
