Fatal Failure To Yield Accident In Wood County
Failure to yield accidents often result in very serious injuries and fatalities. Due to the nature of the accident, they usually occur at intersections in which a driver fails to yield at a stop sign and is then struck by another vehicle that has the right of way.
Usually in these accidents, the vehicle with the right of way is going at a normal rate of speed, causing the impact of the collision to be very great. Our office has shared multiple blogs on this subject as we have represented several victims and families of failure to yield accidents.
