Client Injured After Hit By Car

A complaint was recently filed with the Seneca County Common Pleas Court on behalf of our client who was injured in a car accident.

The crash happened on January 12, 2012, when our client was following the curve in the road when he was hit by a car traveling in the opposite direction.

The car had failed to negotiate the turn, lost control and struck our client.

After the car crash, the client sought medical attention because of the persistent pain. He was diagnosed with a lumbosacral myofascial strain. After the diagnosis, he had to follow up with chiropractic treatment.

During this time he also received pain injections from an orthopedic surgeon.

After extensive care, the client is still feeling the effects of the crash. A complaint has been filed so that he may have his medical expenses taken care of as well as be compensated for his suffering from the accident.
