Child Killed In Car Crash
The Charles E. Boyk Law Offices sends their condolences to the family of 10-year-old Ruby Salinas. She was involved in a two car accident that took her life.
The accident happened around 3 p.m. Monday afternoon near an intersection. 41-year-old Gustavo Salinas, his wife, 34-year-old Margarita Salinas and Ruby, were all in a GMC Jimmy SUV which pulled out into the path of a dump truck. The dump truck was driven by 58-year-old Marion Enlow.
Ruby was flown to a Children’s hospital where she died around 8 a.m. Tuesday morning. The little girl’s parents and the driver of the dump truck were not seriously hurt.
