Taking Your Dog Bite Case To Trial
Taking Your Dog Bite Case To Trial

Edward Clontz’s dog bite case is going to trial. Mr. Clontz filed suit against the dogs’ owners, Beverly Hood and Gregory Rosenberger, on January 21, 2011.

The case states that on April 29, 2010, Edward was working as a meter reader and approached the owners’ property. As he was attempting to read the meter he was attacked by their two dogs. The suit states that the defendants failed to keep their dogs properly restrained and that they were aware of the dangerous propensities of the dogs.

The lawsuit seeks compensation for the past and future medical expenses, mental anguish, pain, impairment, disfigurement and lost wages. These kinds of cases can be difficult to handle but we are here to help!
