Raised locally in the Sylvania area, Cameron attended and graduated from Maumee Valley Country Day School. Cameron knew he wanted to pursue a legal career from an early age. Watching his parents navigate their careers as attorneys, he understood the expectations and skills needed to succeed. After attending Bowling Green State University and graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, he was accepted to the University of Toledo School of Law on a full-ride academic scholarship.

Cameron immersed himself in numerous academic fellowships associated with the University of Toledo’s law program. Joining the Law Review, he became an Associate Member during his second year, responsible for ensuring the citation accuracy of articles published by the Law Review. Cameron’s legal thesis, called a “note,” was chosen for publication by the Toledo Law Review in the Winter of 2021; he wrote it on the topic of judicial takings. During Cameron’s third year, he was elected as the Technical Editor on the Executive Board of the Law Review, which is comprised of five students who are assigned a specific role to perform in managing the Law Review.

Education &
Experience

Upon graduating from law school, he worked at Brady, Coyle & Schmidt, Ltd. and was sworn in as a licensed attorney by the Ohio Supreme Court on November 8, 2021. Cameron wanted to focus on working directly with injured clients, using his expertise to navigate them through a process that is otherwise very unfriendly and unfamiliar to the average person.

Awards &
Recognitions

Joining Charles E. Boyk Law Offices, LLC as an attorney in June of 2022, Cameron has formed a cohesive bond with his teammates in our firm and continues to impress clients and coworkers with his quick thinking, analytical skill, and adept problem-solving. Cameron’s knowledge and attention to detail equip him with a leading edge, allowing him to notice the small nuances that others often miss, which may be the determining factor in a client’s case.

Cameron is an avid outdoorsman, and on days off, he can often be found outdoors hiking and rock climbing with his wife, whom he married in Yosemite. Cameron plays double bass for the Perrysburg Symphony Orchestra and plays guitar and sings in the local band HorseLover, which he started with friends.
